Well located near highway and other services.

Bathroom need updating to remove mold in grouting in the tiles.

Hotel was well located for travelers with friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable but some work in bathrooms to provide a fresher, cleaner appearance.

No Jacuzzi. Pool area very moist, towels were damp.

I stayed for 1 night. The staff was very friendly, and quite lively. There was virtually no trash on the floors whatsoever. Even down to small papers. Well kept. The heat/cooling unit kept us warm. Wireless internet, very convenient. Comfortable beds and pillows. Smoking rooms available provided ashtrays. Bathroom equipped with heat light to keep your feet warm, very hot though, so don't tough it. Continental breakfast was lame though. Overall, it's a great stay. It was clean.

We had people on our floor who were very loud & the people that worked there did nothing to help us!

We had a hockey team staying on the same floor has us. The 1st night we called the service desk 2 times asking them to do something. All they did was tell the people not to be so loud they were loud till 12am. 2nd night we called the desk 4 times they did the same thing asking the people not to be so loud. The staff was very helpful and the deal with the restaurant next door was cool.

Nothing that I can think of.

Clean pleasant atmosphere. Close to the Northeast Extension and room service provided by the Grill restaurant next door.
